The cleaning was done to a high standard.
When we attempted to bring up some minor damage to our hardwood floors, the owner insinuated that we were trying to get our carpets cleaned for free. This was not true as we had paid the full amount.
The repairs, which were carried out today, were done to the best of their abilities.
As per our request, we were given a partly used bottle of liquid meant for cleaning hardwood floors instead of any monetary settlement.
