Ethan and Brad provided exceptional service when delivering my new washer. Despite the challenging task of carrying both the old and new machines across a chair lift rail and up a flight of stairs, they remained positive and courteous throughout. They also ensured that no damage was done, tidied up the packing materials, and kindly stayed to assist me in getting familiar with the new washer upon my return. In a lovely gesture, they even cleared the snow from the exterior steps while waiting. Their kindness and professionalism have made a lasting impression on me, and I will undoubtedly be returning to them for future appliance purchases.

Doug, the repairman, deserves a 5-star rating for his exceptional service. He has demonstrated his expertise by fixing three of our appliances flawlessly. Moreover, he provided us with valuable suggestions on keeping our appliances clean and maintaining their optimal functionality.

Spotts Appliance deserves our gratitude for their various acts of kindness. We are thoroughly enjoying our new Frigidaire dishwasher, complete with 3 tiers, which was expertly installed and operates quietly. We extend our appreciation to the installation crew.
