Instead of responding through CrackerJack, they repeatedly call you. The representative doesn't bother reading the request made through CrackerJack, forcing you to explain everything to them once more. They inform you that they only deal with chimneys and not fireplaces, suggesting that you reach out to a fireplace retail store instead. When you advise them to update their settings in CrackerJack to prevent them from showing up for fireplace work, they appear indifferent. It's evident that this is a sizeable call center with little concern for customers.
