Our 70-year-old floors were in need of some serious attention, as they had pet stains and black tar residue from old carpet. Kalulu was amazing, completing a thorough job that left our floors looking incredible. He even came over twice to ensure we were happy with the stain sample and kept us up-to-date with pictures since we were managing the job remotely. Kalulu also responded to text messages promptly, which we truly appreciated. After completing the job, he returned to fix an area that was bothering him. Once the floors had cured, he even returned to replace the furniture. The pet stains were almost entirely gone, which is a testament to his high-quality work. We would highly recommend Kalulu to anyone looking for an excellent floor specialist. If we need another job, we wouldn't hesitate to hire him back.
