The team arrived promptly, gave a heads-up beforehand through both text and call to confirm their arrival, handled the furniture with great care, and completed the task with remarkable speed without causing any damages. Their attitude was very admirable; polite and courteous. Altogether, an awesome team that I highly recommend.

Upon arrival, they promptly evaluated the situation and executed the task efficiently and with a positive demeanor. The process of moving can be extremely stressful, but this was the first time I had used a company that completely eliminated that stress. The company made a call the day before the move to confirm the timing and procedures, as well as on the day of to let me know their estimated arrival time. Daniel and Marco, the movers, were the most professional and efficient individuals I have ever worked with. Our situation called for unique handling as the road leading up to our house and our driveway were unable to accommodate a standard moving truck. Top Notch provided the opportunity for us to rent and drive our own moving truck, and Daniel and Marco even offered their assistance in moving items to and from two different locations. I am endlessly grateful for the flexibility and outstanding work of everyone involved, and using Top Notch was the best choice I could have made!
