Over the course of the past twenty years, I have experienced numerous sports-related injuries, making it difficult to return to an active and safe lifestyle due to various reasons such as muscle stiffness and incomplete rehabilitation. However, Mitch took the effort to comprehend my concerns, articulate the workout routine, and enlighten me on how each exercise would enhance my overall fitness.
