Thomas was prompt in his response and offered us several alternatives. After considering them all, we opted to substitute the furnace. To our delight, Thomas scoured the city to locate one that was readily available. The installation was completed on New Year's Eve, just before the temperature plummeted.

Ten vents were cleaned by Thomas, which included the cold air return and my dryer vent. Additionally, he climbed into my bathroom fan's attic to remove a bird's nest. His work was of excellent quality, revealing to me the extensive amount of dust and grime present in my vents. He showcased the lint from the dryer vent that he extracted, and also discussed the danger and fire hazard that it posed. Although it was expensive, the job was worth every penny, and the price was quoted beforehand. I would happily recommend Thomas to my friends, and extend my thanks to him for his service.
