I highly recommend The Art of Clean for carpet cleaning services. They exceeded my expectations by being both prompt and professional during the estimate and actual cleaning process. After cleaning, our carpet looked and felt great. It took a day to dry, but we were very satisfied with the result. Amber was professional and confirmed our appointment. The cleaner didn't wear booties, resulting in shoe marks on the floors, but it didn't affect the carpeted areas. We had a slight misunderstanding about which carpet areas to clean, but it was quickly resolved. One tip for improvement would be to finalize the square footage and quote before scheduling an appointment.
