Lais was absolutely amazing! Her handling of my anxious and neurotic dog was exceptional. I tend to worry when I'm away, but Lais made everything completely stress-free. She responded to my texts promptly and was always punctual. I really appreciated her updates and photos. The only drawback, if any, was that my dogs were so fond of her that they didn't even seem to miss me!

My kittens were ill-mannered towards Laís, but she handled them wonderfully 😹 Having someone who truly loves cats take care of them made us feel at ease and comfortable.
