Greetings! Thank you for visiting my site. As a certified Reiki Master, Spiritual Coach, and Meditation Instructor, I take great pleasure in guiding individuals through their difficulties and aiding them in discovering the healing they seek. Healing is a personal journey that commences with one's willingness to heal. Therefore, you have already taken the first significant step by being here. Take a moment to congratulate yourself on that. If you have been exploring ways to mend your emotional and physical well-being while longing for a more profound connection with yourself and others, then Reiki and meditation can support that pursuit. My approach entails combining Reiki treatments with a guided meditation to produce various benefits, such as reducing stress and anxiety, boosting optimistic thoughts, alleviating depressive symptoms, and healing emotional wounds, among others.
I also provide meditation and Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) instruction to clients. Each session is designed to cater to the client's specific needs. Reiki sessions can include EFT, visualization techniques, and breath work.
Together, we will establish an intent and tap into universal energy to catalyze your healing, promote relaxation, and cultivate inner peace. My objective is to provide you with an uplifting and tranquil experience.

I am currently stationed in Frisco, and I cater to men, women, and children aged six and above.
For Reiki Sessions, my rates are $95 per person for 60-90 minutes, which includes a coaching session and meditation. Kindly contact me to learn more about group rates for Reiki.
Distance Reiki sessions with me are priced at $45 for 40 minutes and $65 for 60 minutes.
Reflexology services can be acquired for $95 for 50 minutes.
Please note that I do offer travel services; however, a $20 surcharge is applicable depending on the travel distance.
