I have worked as a glazier, installing glass windows, handrails, skylights, canopies, decks, sliders, and doors in the construction industry for more than 8 years. Recently, I shifted to project management and now fulfill the role of senior project engineer and site superintendent for a company in the east bay area that constructs large student housing complexes for the University of Berkeley. I reside in San Mateo and have previously led significant crews, emphasizing quality control, candid communication with customers, and a principled approach - something that is lacking among many contractors today.Although my specialty lies in windows and doors, I have successfully overseen a wide range of trades and have acquired the ability to tackle any problem. I take immense pride in maintaining a pristine work area, adhering to deadlines, and being unequivocally transparent with the customer. Further, I am experienced in navigating city regulations and permit acquisition.

One should be cautious of this particular handyman who continuously lied throughout the day about his whereabouts when he was supposed to fix our broken window. Instead of being upfront and declining the job, he wasted our time. It would have been better if CrackerJack had taken more care during the hiring process.
Both myself and my tenant were left waiting for hours when the handyman could have simply declined the job. He provided a tentative arrival time of 4 pm after being asked for an ETA at 3 pm, yet he failed to show up by that time or get in touch with me.
My experience using CrackerJack has been highly disappointing as the professionals hired through the platform do not live up to their claims. I'm certain that many people have been in similar situations. It is recommended to report these individuals to prevent such occurrences in the future. This person cannot be relied upon or held accountable.
