Moreover, he undertook extra steps to eradicate some ants that were present beneath my deck. I admire the fact that he didn't push for more work or charge me more money. Victor exceeded our expectations by far! He painted our front door, door frame, shutters, replaced light fixtures, and even painted the rusted black accents on our garage door. He also changed the light fixtures in our backyard. When he showed my wife and me the end result, it felt like we were on a home makeover show! He promptly gave an estimate and efficiently completed the job. The price was reasonable. I requested his service for roofing work and he presented pictures of the necessary repairs as I was not present on the roof. After completing the job, he sent updated photos.
