Over the weekend, we had a sudden leak in the drywall ceiling. Therefore, I contacted John on Monday morning and he promptly arrived at my home by lunchtime to resolve the issue. Despite the challenge of identifying the problem, John made an effort to minimize any unnecessary drywall repairs. Along with his assistant, he diligently worked for 2.5-3 hours and checked every faucet, drain, and connection on the second story. Unfortunately, the leak did not occur during their visit; however, they did discover and fix a smaller secondary leak in my daughter's bathroom that I was unaware of. Furthermore, John was reasonable with his pricing and provided me with his contact information and card in case the leak reoccurred. As it turns out, the "leak" was not a result of the plumbing system, but instead, a blocked dryer exhaust was condensing inside the house and causing the water to drip onto the drywall ceiling. Luckily, we were able to locate the issue thanks to the access holes John had previously installed.

John successfully installed new outdoor, kitchen, and bathroom sink faucets and repaired a toilet shutoff valve. As a result, everything is now in good working order. He displayed excellent communication skills and was a courteous repairman. I am satisfied with his work and would not hesitate to recommend or hire him again for any future plumbing needs.

Upon my request for a quote, John promptly responded and efficiently completed the task along with his employee, ensuring that the yard remained free of any significant debris.

They professionally installed a sewage pump and various kitchen/bathroom fixtures including toilets, shower hardware, sinks, a dishwasher, an ice machine, and even a urinal. Additionally, they corrected multiple problems with the previous plumber's work, ensuring that the job was done correctly and to a high standard of quality.
