On the day I requested annual maintenance for my AC unit on CrackerJack, Eric from Patriot Air arrived promptly. He displayed impressive comprehension, patience, and a wealth of information on the matter. Eric went on to explain his procedures and the reasoning behind them, as well as cater to my desire for my out-of-state dad to be informed by discussing the relevant details on the phone. In addition, he checked all areas of the house and replaced the freon, compressor, and filter. I opted for a three-year maintenance program, recognizing the value of proper AC management.

All of Eric's findings were explained in great detail and he was completely transparent.
