To commemorate my parents' 58th wedding anniversary, my husband and I arranged a delightful Italian dinner, courtesy of Chef Nadia from Blaize Hospitality & Design, at their home. The entire affair was a glorious success and my parents were ecstatic. Prior to the dinner, Chef Nadia proved to be an excellent collaborator. She was highly responsive and provided an extensive selection of tantalizing "Italian" options from which to choose. Moreover, she exuded both fun and professionalism towards us throughout the night. The five-course meal was superb in taste and appearance. This evening will not be forgotten by my parents anytime soon. We express our immense gratitude to Chef Nadia for her gifted culinary artistry!

Nadia provided an outstanding service! Whether it's for catering services or a private event, I highly recommend her. My husband and I celebrated our anniversary on 05/24/20 and chose Blaize Hospitality & Design, where Nadia catered for us. We communicated our expectations with Nadia during the booking process and she surpassed them in every way possible. Her culinary expertise is superb and she prepared one of the most delicious meals I have ever tasted. Should we plan another event, Nadia will surely be our top choice.
