Lori, along with her partner Sam and staff, flawlessly executed my small event. Lori communicated with me effectively via email and text several times over the 17-day span leading up to the event, which saved me an immense amount of time and energy. The team was punctual, professional, amicable, and always one step ahead, keeping everything running smoothly throughout the night. My 50 guests had nothing but glowing reviews for everyone involved, including Chef Jim and his crew, Debbie and Jim. I would happily welcome them back any time. The exceptional work of Lori's team - Cindy and Ben - was absolutely amazing. The entire process of preparing for our micro-wedding in our own home was a delightful experience: from working with Lori to create a unique menu, to keeping clear communication leading up to the event, arriving promptly for set-up, cooking and serving the incredibly delicious food, and managing everything during the wedding while leaving our home in spotless condition; it was all perfect. Even our dog was kept from devouring the whole wedding cake by Cindy and Ben! Lori's team was flexible with our schedule, communicated professionally yet unobtrusively, made adjustments to suit our needs, and managed everything with ease - champagne toasts, cake-cutting, and clean-up were all handled seamlessly. The team was friendly, helpful, and extremely professional, relieving us of all stress on our special day. The food was of the highest quality, cooked to perfection, and exactly as we had envisioned. I employed Lori's catering company for a small gathering and birthday celebration comprising about 30 guests. As I was inexperienced in hosting parties, Lori stayed in touch with me throughout the process and made suggestions regarding the menu and arrangements. My primary concern was having an appropriate quantity of food, but we had more than enough. The party was set for Sunday at noon, and I decided on a brunch-lunch combination. The strata, mango salad, and berry fruit salad were the most popular items, and the dressings, sauces, and spreads enhanced the ham, rolls, and other salads. The food was delightful and fresh. The delivery driver was timely and assisted with buffet-style food placement. The dishes were ready to serve, and we provided the necessary serving utensils and drinks. I strongly recommend Lori's services for your special event.

I am employed at a large apartment complex and we had the spontaneous idea to host a catered BBQ for our residents. With only two weeks to organize everything, we were rushed to find a caterer. Luckily, I came across Lori through CrackerJack and she promptly responded in a professional manner. Lori created a fantastic menu at an unbeatable price for our community. On the day of the event, there was a small miscommunication about the start time, but it was a misunderstanding rather than tardiness from her staff. Despite the limited time, her staff quickly set up everything and began cooking. We were only half an hour behind schedule and nobody even seemed to notice. The food was of the highest quality and delicious. Her staff was courteous, efficient, and professional. I never cease to praise Lori's services and highly recommend her for any catering event.
