We are extremely satisfied with CJ Property Development's work on our historic family duplex's residential exterior upgrade project. From start to finish, they demonstrated exceptional workmanship, attention to detail, and professionalism, surpassing our expectations. Dave, the team's general contractor, is truly passionate about his craft, and his love for our home's story and history was evident throughout the project. Rather than tearing out elements that could be saved or restored, Dave and his team used durable, new materials that modernized the home while maintaining its original character. Some of the project's major accomplishments include the restoration of the front door, which entailed retooling new and existing locks, major and minor repairs of the exterior concrete steps, repair and wrapping of the exterior soffits, major deck repair, including removing wood rotted materials, adding new porch reinforcements, building a new deck floor with composite decking, under-ceiling covering, new railings w/PVC wrappings, adding exterior electrical sockets and light fixtures, major removal of vegetation on the house and backyard, tree removal, new fencing in the backyard, and added finishing landscaping, and the installation of new house numbers.
