Although I found their rates to be a bit high, their response time was almost immediate. I was eager to get rid of the belongings, so I decided to proceed with their service.

For a reasonably large task that filled an entire truck, I turned to 1800-GOT-JUNK and their dispatched professional, Mike. He proved to be very accommodating and efficient in removing all the junk. Moreover, he kept me updated at every stage and even sent a series of before and after pictures. I was thoroughly impressed and plan to use their services again!

I had an exceptional experience with this company! In preparation for a potential move, I needed to dispose of various items such as junk, trash, and boxes from my barn and garage. Cooper and Damon were outstanding workers who were both cordial and professional. They had everything loaded up in a jiffy and went the extra mile to sweep the floor and clean the interior of a garden trailer that was filled with junk. If I ever require junk removal services again, I will undoubtedly request these two men!
