Chef Anthony and his assistant proved to be incredibly valuable! The meal was outstanding and arrived precisely on schedule. All of the dishes were delectable and immaculately seasoned. I anticipate collaborating with him once more very soon!

Chef Anthony and his team provided a fantastic experience for a special occasion. They arrived promptly and began preparing the food immediately. My wife ordered the sea bass while I enjoyed the beef wellington, and both the appetizer and entree were expertly prepared, allowing for delicious leftovers the following day. While the dessert was good, it wasn't quite as impressive as the previous dishes. My only suggestion would be to coordinate the schedule with the chef beforehand, as he required a two-hour preparation time before serving the appetizer, which wasn't initially communicated when I booked the reservation. Nonetheless, this was a post-Christmas gift, and we were able to make the necessary accommodations. We provided our own wine and dishes and the cleaning process after Chef Anthony and his team left our home was minimal. Should we need a special meal in the future, I would happily hire Chef Anthony again. Although it was a pricey endeavor, bringing Chef Anthony to our home allowed us to save on wine costs while fostering a pleasant interaction with the chef and his team. Overall, I am satisfied with my purchase.

Anthony was absolutely fantastic! The food he prepared was simply delicious and its presentation was truly impressive. Moreover, his professionalism and punctuality were remarkable. We would definitely love to hire him again. Kudos to you, Anthony!
