E- Mediation

I offer online mediation coast to coast using Zoom or over the phone, which allows for the same experience as being in a physical room while being in the comfort of your own space. Distance is not an issue when it comes to mediating dissolution or divorce cases across different states, as a mediator cannot offer legal advice. All parties involved must consent to the mediation process. As a self-employed real estate appraiser for over 26 years, my work shows the value of a property, while a realtor markets it.

Mediation is a private service that involves a neutral third party (myself) guiding individuals through conflicts, disputes or divorce cases. It enables individuals to express their concerns and needs verbally and make decisions on what is best for them, as opposed to a judge. The process cannot be shared in court. I also offer divorce and relationship coaching, which prepares individuals for mediation or the legal process by working through their emotions and serving as their advocate. I am a CDC Certified Divorce Coach, also known as a transitional or relationship coach.

The online mediation and/or coaching process is less stressful and accommodates individuals without the need for physical presence. Guiding people is comforting for me as I have had to navigate many paths in life and wished I had someone to guide me through them. Although my journey continues, I have come a long way and hope to help others do the same.
