After discovering Mr. Graham on CrackerJack, we sought out a quote from him to drywall a house that we had stripped down to the studs. He assured us that he could complete the job as long as we provided the necessary materials. We made payments along the way due to his promptness and diligence. However, the end result was inadequate. His team utilized nails instead of screws and failed to properly tape the seams. They also utilized an excessive amount of mud to hide their sloppy work. He hired unskilled acquaintances to lend a hand, who lacked drywalling expertise. His communication regarding the work was also deceptive. As a result, we have secured another vendor to redo the job at twice the initial cost. We advise refraining from utilizing Mr. Graham for drywall work and proceeding with caution in selecting semi-skilled service providers.

Our mid-century home now boasts wood laminate click-in flooring installed by Graham's Gen'l Contracting LLC.
