For each session, I incorporate specific modalities or techniques, each with its own pricing structure. Here are the rates for the most popular offerings, which include an hour of "on the table time." Please note that there is an additional fee for setup and transportation to your location. My operating hours are from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Sunday to Friday, and premium pricing applies for sessions after 5 p.m.

I provide a wide array of massage and bodywork techniques, including Swedish, Reflexology, Sports, Deep Tissue, Rolfing, Medical Massage, Hawaiian Lomi Lomi, Energetics, Reiki, Cranio Sacral, Trager, Pregnancy, Lymphatic Drainage, Chair Massage, Yoga, Laughter Yoga, and Movement and Self-Care instruction. I also offer group meditation sessions.

In the medical field, I have worked with Allopathic and Naturopathic doctors, Physical and Occupational therapists, Colon Hydrotherapists, and Acupuncturists, both as part of a clinical team and independently. I have helped clients who have Fibromyalgia, MS, Parkinson's, Alzheimer's, Cancer, Arthritis, and various injuries related to frozen shoulder, torticollis, knee and hip replacements, vertebral fusions, disk removal, and injury recovery.

I have provided massage therapy and bodywork to professional sports team players and their staff who visit Arizona. My formal massage training began during my travels across the US studying dance on the college circuit. I completed the New York School for Rolfing's first pilot course "Perceptual Body," became certified in Dance Therapy at NYU's New School for Social Research, and earned a Yoga Teacher Instructor Certification at the YWCA. I completed my BFA in Dance at Mary Mount Manhattan College in NYC before studying Hawaiian Lomi Lomi massage in Oahu, Hawaii.

I worked as an independent contractor at the Boulders Resort and several other resorts and hotels in Arizona. I also worked part-time as an employee of Scottsdale Family Health Care before opening my first private practice office in downtown Scottsdale in 1991. I opened Dreams in Beauty Day Spa in Sandpoint, ID in 2000 and Peggy Richards Massage Therapy and Bodywork in Payson, AZ in 2018.

My goal is to help clients achieve their desired outcomes, whether they aim to maintain flexibility, structural alignment, joint stability, alleviate stress, or recover from injuries and pain. I enjoy working with individuals and groups and find fulfillment in seeing them improve their overall well-being.
