Jennifer is absolutely amazing! I can't speak highly enough of her. She recently took care of our two dogs for four whole nights and she did a fantastic job. She kept us at ease with her daily updates and pictures. Jennifer has a genuine love for animals and is passionate about pet sitting. Our boys were in great spirits when we returned from vacation, and we couldn't have been happier. We found Jennifer just in time, and we'll definitely be using her services again!

Jen displayed exceptional accommodation by visiting us initially to introduce herself and review guidelines. She was an extremely pleasant lady! Moreover, she forwarded several videos of herself playing with the cats, which I found tremendously adorable. I appreciate her effort in interacting with them. Furthermore, as a former veterinary technician, I felt secure that she could recognize any significant issues that require immediate attention. I would undoubtedly be delighted to have her care for my beloved pets once again!

While we were traveling, Paws & Tails looked after our variety of pets, which included a large dog, two cats, two ferrets, and numerous fish, for a weekend. Our dog received walks, our ferrets had ample playtime, and our cats were allowed to go in and out of the home. The company sent us photo updates after every visit and promptly replied to our messages. As an added bonus, they even collected our packages! We would definitely utilize their services again.
