Val provided a prompt resolution to our problem with a remarkably swift response. We found Val to be courteous and highly skilled. Although we had to reschedule the appointment at the last moment, it was not a problem since I was working remotely that day. While the cost was a bit higher than we anticipated, we have found most repairs to be similarly priced, and this was a minor repair that other businesses declined when contacted.

It's truly commendable how upright these repairmen are. When I had a minor issue that required a simple solution, they could have easily taken advantage of me by exaggerating the problem and pushing unnecessary repairs.
