Superior rain gutters

I am revising my review to express my satisfaction with the end result. Brian promptly replaced the incorrect color extension pipe when the mistake was discovered. The gutters now look fantastic! Although it took some time to complete the job, I appreciate the company's commitment to finishing it to my satisfaction. Original review (4 stars): Although the gutters were reasonably priced and appear to be of high quality, I encountered some difficulties getting the installation done as we had agreed. Although we had agreed on the installation of gutter extension pipes to direct water away from the house's foundation, the installation team seems to have either not received that message or forgotten it altogether. After reaching out to the company numerous times, I received one pipe, but unfortunately the other was not available in my desired colour and needed to be ordered. Even after a week had passed, I still had not received the pipe. I had to call the company again to get it resolved and found out the next day that Brian had installed the final piece, but it was in a different color than the rest, leaving me feeling uncertain about the entire process. Despite these minor issues, I remain optimistic that the gutters will serve me well. However, I did feel that the communication and attention to detail could have been better.
