Franco successfully completed the task, despite the challenging condition of the place. The cost of $1500, which we had agreed upon, was well deserved considering the amount of work that had to be done. The property was occupied with 80 bags of trash, a fridge filled with decaying food, and numerous bulky furniture pieces- an utter nightmare for the landlords. This situation prompts a reconsideration of the HUD/VASH vouchers.
