Mike arrived promptly as scheduled and based on our earlier discussion on the app, I believed that he could install two springs. However, he was truthful and recommended a spring rebalance which turned out to be more cost-effective and resolved my garage door issue completely. Additionally, he made an adjustment to the rails at no extra cost.
