Terrible! Extremely expensive and lacking in professionalism. The task was completed in a significantly longer duration than quoted and it was still not entirely finished despite 20 subsequent calls made. Additionally, they failed to acquire the necessary permit. It is strongly advised not to employ their services!

Tropicguard has exceeded our expectations. After receiving a quote two years prior, we opted to delay our decision. However, after conducting further research, we knew exactly what we wanted and finally had 12 hurricane slider windows installed in early October 2019. Working with Doug was refreshing as he was completely honest and straightforward without any price haggling or deceitful practices, which we unfortunately encountered with other companies. John and Lincoln expertly completed the installation and we were thrilled with the result. Although we did experience an issue with one window over the weekend, we were pleasantly surprised when Doug arrived within 15 minutes to remedy the situation - even on a Sunday! We highly recommend Tropicguard to anyone seeking reliable and trustworthy service.
