With over 40 years of experience as an architect and general building contractor, my construction knowledge informs my design work. I am familiar with a variety of design styles, with a particular emphasis on contemporary and traditional design. I offer drawing services for new homes, remodeling, additions, and ADU's, and during the design phase, I provide photo-realistic 3D renderings and a plan walk-through in Zoom. Additionally, I include architectural drawings in the plans for obtaining a permit, which I will submit on your behalf to the appropriate city or county office. I will follow up until the permit is granted, and all drawings will be provided in CAD format and printed to 24"x36". While not included in my proposal, I can connect you with engineers for any necessary engineering drawings. Our initial meeting can be in-person or virtual, and I strive to work closely with my clients to ensure that their design meets their vision and needs.
