My fiancé and I recently moved into our new home and needed some help with blending our furniture and accessories together. This team is exceptional. They exhibit attentive listening skills and offer impartial feedback on our choices and the overall design.

Despite clear requests and a walkthrough of the design project, errors were made in the ordering of the tub and medicine cabinets, resulting in delays and dissatisfaction. The mirrors were also not to the client's preferred style. Communication was primarily through text, causing misunderstandings and a longer timeline for completion. However, the contractor, Ocotillo Tile, was exceptional in their performance. If communication with the designer had been clearer and more direct, the project could have run more smoothly. Overall, due to communication issues, the project earns a three-star rating.

Design to Reflect proved to be a great asset in helping us design the interior of our new house. Niki and Kailie made a visit to our home and took the time to carefully listen to our preferences, ultimately delivering a fantastic final project. The end result has exceeded our expectations, leaving both my wife and I very pleased. Our daughter is particularly thrilled with her new room and is now more motivated to keep it tidy. Overall, we are looking forward to hosting our friends and family in our beautiful new space. Not only did Design to Reflect complete the job within the budget we had set, they also finished it on time. We highly recommend their services for anyone in need of interior design assistance.
