My name is Aldana Cortázar and I'm excited to have a wonderful session with you! I'm a certified personal trainer and sports nutrition specialist accredited by NCSF. Currently, I work at Fisher Island Club and I run my own independent business too. I have had a passion for sports and fitness for 12 years, and I truly enjoy what I do. As a detail-oriented person, I offer personalized fitness classes and food programs to my clients. I have a private gym, and I'm also willing to travel to my clients.
Whether you'd like a single class, weekly, or monthly session, I have various options for you to choose from. Additionally, I'm fluent in both English and Spanish.
