This company has poor communication skills and I would not recommend hiring them again. Their lateness was not the only issue; they compounded their mistakes by lying about their whereabouts. I scheduled their arrival through CrackerJack, requesting a 10:00 AM arrival time, as I had an open house at 12:00 that day. I clearly communicated my expectations. At 10:15, I tried to contact them but received no response. Finally, after 11:00 and with no explanation, they called to say they were on their way. They claimed they would arrive in 5 minutes but didn't end up arriving until 11:35. They started work at 11:35 and finished at 12:20, by which point they wanted to charge me $150. After some negotiation, they lowered the price to $100, but that still didn't match the amount of time they were actually working. If they had been upfront about the time they actually spent cleaning, they should have charged me around $56. Even if they had finished the work in the requested time frame, I would not recommend this company due to their poor communication and lack of transparency. Overall, my experience was very disappointing.
