It was an absolute joy to collaborate with Chef Taylor. From the thoughtfully curated menu and wine pairings to the exceptional private dinner service, every aspect of the experience was truly outstanding. The complexity and distinctiveness of each course made for an unforgettable evening. Following the meal, the kitchen was immaculate. I cannot speak highly enough of Chef Taylor and his phenomenal work. Thank you for such a wonderful dinner and evening.

For our anniversary celebration, Chef Elam delivered a VIP experience that was second to none. He was prompt, competent, and concise in his communication from the outset. We worked together on the menu and other aspects of the evening, and I must say, he exceeded our expectations. Despite our request for a predominantly vegan menu, he served up some of the most extraordinary dishes we've ever tasted! The desserts were also exceptional, with his olive oil matcha cake being a must-try. Overall, it was an exceptional dining experience that we won't soon forget.

Chef Taylor’s culinary skills are exceptional. My dinner party, comprising of a 5-course meal, had each dish impeccably prepared and delicious. The quality of the food could rival any Michelin-starred restaurant. Furthermore, Chef Taylor was accommodating to my preferences and requirements, and provided suggestions and alternatives. He was also easy to collaborate with. During the event, he and his server discussed plating options and set the table, ensuring an elegant table service throughout the evening. Chef Taylor also presented an informative description of each dish as it was served. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Make sure to book him now to avoid missing out on his in-demand services!

Our four person holiday dinner party was made exceptional by Chef Taylor's culinary skills! I was impressed with how quickly he responded to my request on CrackerJack, and even more so by his collaboration on the menu and accommodating our food allergies. He was receptive to my feedback, ensuring that everything was to our liking. Together we decided on a final menu that left us speechless. The meal included Berkshire Pork Belly with preserved lemon salsa verde, carrot soubise, and roasted wild mushrooms; a Chicory Greens Salad with poppy seed creme fraiche, shaved pumpkin, anchovy crouton, citrus, and Parmigiano Reggiano; Wagyu Ribeye with salt roasted fingerling potatoes, winter squash puree, and charred beet bordelaise; and an Olive Oil Cake with lavender cream. The high-end ingredients used were brought to their best by Chef Taylor's skills. He was clean, professional, and engaging throughout the meal. We'd highly recommend him and will definitely hire him again for future events! Five stars all around!
