This morning, Oksana arrived to provide us with pest control services. She arrived promptly for the scheduled appointment and completed the job excellently. Oksana demonstrated professionalism, expertise, and had a friendly demeanor. Comparing to other companies we've used before, they did not do as good of a job as Oksana did. This was our first time using Hawx Pest Control, and it turned out to be the most comprehensive pest control service we've received. If all their employees perform as well as Oksana, we'll be committing to this company long-term. We appreciate you treating both our home and customers like family.

I am uncertain if they conducted any spraying during their last visit since I wasn't present, and I haven't received any report regarding the process. Usually, I receive the information via both text and email.
When I called the office earlier on that day, the representative informed me that they couldn't provide me with my appointment date.
Despite paying $90 each month, I am still experiencing problems with flies and gnats inside my house. Additionally, I've observed many spider webs on the exterior of my house. Therefore, I am questioning the worth of the service.

After being disappointed by my current pest control provider, I sought assistance to address a rodent infestation before welcoming guests for a week-long vacation.
