Chef Lou was amazing! The 50th birthday party he catered for 16 people was simply incredible and exceeded all expectations. His menu was crafted with care and featured an exquisite array of Italian delicacies that I cannot recommend highly enough. The portions were very generous as well. Chef Lou is a consummate professional who is easy to work with, boasts excellent communication skills, and is a lot of fun. I highly recommend him.
