Due to a job move last year, we had to find tenants for our spacious Plano home with a swimming pool, with plans to return to the city in a few years. Cody excelled in finding us trustworthy tenants through top-notch marketing, web exposure, professional home photos, and tenant screening tools. Despite the slow leasing period in mid-January, he managed to secure potential tenants and close the deal by mid-February. He also kept a close eye on our property, conducting monthly exterior checks and quarterly walk-throughs. Since returning to our home, we can attest that its condition is as good as, if not better than, when we left it. Earlier, there was hardly any information about the state of our properties or tenant satisfaction and compliance. However, with Cody's team, we receive regular inspections with pictures, a roster of excellent tenants, advice on possible preventable issues, and importantly, no properties have been left vacant for more than three days since we made the switch. We are absolutely satisfied with their performance and would highly recommend them.
