I engaged Sweetin Builders for gutter cleaning. We fixed an appointment for his arrival between 9 and 10. However, within the specified time frame, he sent me a message apologizing for running late and inquired if he could reschedule to arrive between 1 and 3. At nearly 3, he informed me that they could not make it. Consequently, we agreed on another date, today. He assured me of his arrival between 9 and 10. Surprisingly, at 9:30, I received another message stating they would be late and suggesting a new time frame between 11 and 12. I had to cancel the appointment since I am unable to flexibly wait all day for someone who may eventually fail to show up.

Throughout the project, Nathan maintained a constant stream of communication and managed to finish the project within the designated deadline.

Omid's work made me very pleased. He managed to hang curtains in an inaccessible spot, in addition to a challenging shelving system. His professionalism, speed, and excellent result impressed me. He made hanging a shelving unit that others struggled with appear to be effortless. However, the cost per hour was significantly more than the original quote, which was mentioned in their advertisement. Although I should have made an inquiry, I recommend asking for clarification. Despite this, I believe the outcome was worth the price paid.
