RE Catering

Upon request from my GVP, I was tasked to locate a caterer for an event hosted at her residence. After some searching, I found Chef Evans who successfully provided a scrumptious barbecue meal for 35 attendees. The menu consisted of BBQ pork, chicken, two salads, two side dishes, and dessert. Chef Evans maintained excellent communication with me throughout the process, delivered punctually, and catered to all of our needs. I am beyond satisfied with his services, so much so that I have already booked him for my daughter's upcoming wedding in May. Thank you, Chef Evans!

We had an incredible time during our 16-man golf weekend, but our scheduled chef backed out just 24 hours before arrival. Fortunately, Rich responded quickly and managed to create a menu and organize all details within just 2 hours. He provided us with breakfast and dinner for the following 4 days and was punctual, provided ample food, and exceeded our expectations in terms of quality. We are definitely planning to rebook him in the future, as he not only saved us, but went above and beyond.

Rich was amazing. In addition to the delicious food, he made the entire process incredibly effortless for us. We hosted a six-hour open house to celebrate my father-in-law's life, and Rich was a huge help in alleviating the stress. He suggested the menu, provided all the necessary items like plates, utensils, and warmers, and delivered everything promptly. His level of responsiveness, thoughtfulness, and punctuality was exceptional. The event couldn't have gone any smoother, and we are grateful to have had Rich's assistance.

Our wedding in Marana, AZ on 11.11.22 was catered by the amazing Chef Evans. Despite our initial skepticism for CrackerJack, his outstanding reviews and willingness to provide us with a tasting of the meal I desired convinced us to hire him - and we were not disappointed. The grilled chicken, tomato bisque soup, salad, vegetable medley, and dinner rolls were all incredibly delicious, with the chicken being particularly noteworthy for its tenderness and juiciness. Our guests at the wedding and even afterward could not stop raving about the food. Furthermore, Chef Evans' pricing was very reasonable for the top-notch quality of his offerings. Planning a wedding can be intensely stressful, but Chef Evans was a true professional in every way, being both organized and punctual while paying close attention to all the important details. I am absolutely thrilled that we chose him as our caterer and cannot recommend him highly enough to others. A perfect 10/10 experience all around!

Chef Rich's catering services were superb! The food was of high quality and he provided more than enough to feed my 30 guests. He was punctual and the arrangement and cleanup were impeccable.
