I've been practicing yoga and meditation since 2012, and I fell in love with the amazing physical and mental healing benefits of the practice. As my personal practice grew, I began teaching and sharing my passion with others.

Self-love and personal development are deeply important to me, and I incorporate these values into both my own practice and the classes I teach. When I'm not on the mat, you can usually find me gardening or playing with my dog, Marley.

In addition to my love for yoga, I'm also passionate about environmental awareness and holistic healing. My goal is to help my students connect with themselves and the world around them through my classes, so they can keep evolving and growing in all aspects of their lives.

As a complete novice, I felt extremely uneasy and clueless, and the added complications of Covid only exacerbated my discomfort. However, Vail eliminated all my booking concerns! The range of options such as virtual and one-on-one sessions is exceptional! The trainer is highly knowledgeable and supportive, devoid of any criticism! I eagerly anticipate enrolling in another class!

Vail is a skilled instructor who has made yoga accessible to a broad range of individuals. Having once been discouraged by the commercialized, spiritualistic yogi culture that had permeated some classes, I was pleased to find that Vail's teachings emphasized mindfulness and physical expression. She worked closely with her students individually, allowing them to pursue their goals and respectfully abstain from any activities that made them uncomfortable. Modifications were made to accommodate people of different skill levels and choices, and non-judgmental awareness was promoted both inside and outside of the class. Students were left feeling empowered and inspired, with newfound positivity and a sense of community. I highly recommend her classes to anyone, regardless of their level of expertise in yogic practice.
