Manuel, whom I believe to be the proprietor of Red Rocks, provided me with an estimate after meeting with him. The property has undergone multiple renovations and features a pool, rendering the preexisting concrete inexplicable; hence, the absent bricks in the photograph. The original back entrance and stoop were present, while the gap between the garage door and the concrete was notably unconventional, with dirt accumulating there often. The pictures were snapped the morning following the pour—though the color will inevitably shift over time. I was gratified to learn that Manuel placed rebar every two feet, elevating the concrete during the pour to ensure the rebar was situated in the center of the slab. He meticulously aligned the existing slab to the garage doorway, giving it a smooth, seamless appearance. I intend to enlist his services for other projects and recommend him without reservation—I am thoroughly satisfied with the results.

Our concrete patio installation was expertly done by Manuel and his team who were both pleasant and efficient. Their pricing was very competitive and we were pleasantly surprised when they finished the job ahead of schedule!
