Mike was superb! He answered instantly, managed to squeeze me in his schedule within the day, and promptly mounted 3 TV’s for me. He will return to mount another. Install Pros delivered a fantastic experience for me. The communication regarding the schedule from Mick and Ray was excellent. Ray paid attention to minute details of my preferences and was prompt in mounting my television.
Not only that, Ray was exceptionally understanding about my four-legged housemates and thoughtfully wore booties over his shoes. I was not expecting this, so I appreciate his patience even more!
I highly recommend Install Pros and would be delighted to hire them again.
