Commercial Maintenance Services

We engaged a janitorial company for regular cleaning services for our building in Fredericksburg, twice a week. Unfortunately, our experience with them began to worsen right after they started in September. Initially, we provided a supply closet to store all cleaning materials, but they kept everything in their van, including toilet paper, paper towels, and toilet liners. As a result, we were paying for supplies that we did not have access to. They also took our garbage with them in their van instead of disposing of it in the dumpsters behind the building. Employees had to check if there was toilet paper before using the restrooms, and there was a constant shortage of hand soap and paper towels in the dispensers. Our employees complained because of the lack of cleaning, and communication with Corbin, the company owner, was difficult. On two occasions, when Corbin was supposed to meet us in person, he was late and eventually unreachable. We only tolerated two months of their service, as they did nothing productive by the end. The elevator floor and carpets were rarely vacuumed, and they only emptied the trash on their last visit. Apparently, Corbin's Fredericksburg crew had quit, which was unacceptable. We could have understood and accommodated a temporary solution until another crew was appointed. We do not recommend this company.
