**IN-PERSON PRIVATE YOGA AVAILABLE TO VACCINATED CUSTOMERS**

As a 200-Hour Registered Yoga Teacher and 20-Hour Yin Yoga Teacher, I specialize in teaching beginner yoga with a focus on women and womxn.

I offer convenient, personalized private yoga lessons for women and womxn of all levels in the comfort of your own home at a time that suits you.

My sessions are not just about improving flexibility or achieving a workout, but they are an all-encompassing yogic experience that includes meditation, breathing exercises, connecting with oneself, and cultivating mind-body awareness and acceptance.

Whether you need an active or relaxing session, I can tailor the class just for you!

My main focus is on yoga for mental health. I strive to support women and womxn who are suffering from anxiety, cycle fatigue, stress, and depression by helping them to start healing their lives with consistent yoga practice.

I know how daunting yoga can be for beginners, but my approach is specifically geared towards those who are new to the practice and have questions, concerns, and self-doubt about their capability to do yoga and whether it is right for them.

My classes are designed with true beginners in mind, and I provide personalized modifications to popular poses that might not be available during a full class at a yoga studio.

I offer packages of 10 classes at a time, with prices starting at $97 per session, and the cost of the packages will depend on the level of support you desire.

At my apartment, Caitlin conducted a beginner's yoga session wherein I mentioned my troubles regarding tightness in my hips due to running. Understanding my concern, she personalized the session to focus on these particular issues. With her expert guidance, I was able to perform multiple poses and positions that efficiently tackled my problem areas while also giving me a complete body workout.
