We take care of the little things too! Our team will assist with invitation management, RSVP tracking, and accommodations for out of town guests.
On the day of your event, we will handle everything from setup to coordination, ensuring that your event runs smoothly and stress-free. Our ultimate goal is to provide a celebration to remember, all while keeping things within your budget.
With over ten years in the service industry, we have honed our skill set through catering, bartending, and photography. We hold a degree in Business Management and are Servsafe Certified. Continually improving, we are currently enrolled in courses at the QC Event Planning School.

Undoubtedly the finest! Being highly meticulous with a penchant for detailing (pictures, notebook, vision), I relied on Heather to breathe life into my ideas. She kept me in the loop throughout the entire process and on the D-day, she went above and beyond to deliver nothing less than perfection. Heather exceeded my expectations as a wedding planner! Her exceptional skills in answering all my inquiries and injecting her brilliant ideas made me enthusiastic about planning for my big day. She rendered impressive insight to make my special day an even more special one. What's more, she pulled off the "Modern Medieval" theme effortlessly which was inspired by Game of Thrones, but toned down to a tasteful level. I'm amazed by how she managed to make it work!
