Matthew, from the company, not only responded quickly, but was also highly professional and arrived promptly. I appreciated that he answered the phone directly, without subjecting me to a barrage of automated questions. Despite my early submission time of 6 or 7am, Matthew called back by 7:40am. The response was incredibly prompt, with same-day service to commence the job. The next morning, the worker returned early to complete the task. Their approach was both thorough and courteous, coupled with extensive expertise. After the power to all outlets in two rooms on the first floor was lost, the worker inspected all outlets and informed us that they were still operational. They then replaced the melted wire and breaker at the box, as well as running new wire to reduce the power load. Exceptional value was provided, and we highly recommend this professional.
