LeBrent Speed is an advocate for change - something that is inevitable whether we choose to embrace it or not. As a change mentor and life coach, LeBrent supports individuals and organizations in navigating challenging transitions and overcoming obstacles. By reframing failure as a roadmap to success, he empowers his clients to get unstuck and move forward. Having recently lost 75 pounds, LeBrent shares his own strategies and inspires others to make meaningful changes in their lives.

Through his leadership firm, Speed Coaching, LeBrent helps professionals who have experienced setbacks to transform their lives, reduce stress, and increase profitability.

LeBrent is also the founder and President of Transform Men International, a Christian-based nonprofit that helps men to become better husbands, fathers, and citizens. He and his wife operate Engage Event Center in Edina, MN. Originally from north Minneapolis, LeBrent attended North Central University where he earned his BA degree in Urban Studies with a minor in Biblical Languages. He also attended seminary at Bethel University.
