About a month ago, I embarked on my fitness journey and immediately felt confident in my trainer, Franklin. He offers a comprehensive program that not only emphasizes exercise, but also nutrition. Franklin provided me with nutritional goals and meal and snack ideas, with a focus on cultivating sound decision-making habits around food. While this process is not easy and can’t be accomplished overnight, I’ve made leaps and bounds progress, going from consuming fast food 3-4 times a week to preparing healthy meals in advance for workdays.
Franklin’s workout regimen is always unpredictable, as he’s always changing things up and introducing innovative exercises. When I started out, I never envisioned sticking to a workout routine, but Franklin believed in my ability and pushed me to exceed my own expectations.
Thanks to Franklin, I’ve learned how to properly use weights and exercise machines, but it’s worth emphasizing that you’ll only capitalize on what you put in. Franklin will give you the tools, knowledge, and inspiration to succeed, but it’s ultimately up to you to maximize them. Without reservation, I’d highly recommend Franklin as a personal trainer to anyone searching for one.

Franklin is an extraordinary trainer who imparts valuable knowledge on diverse muscle working techniques. Under his guidance, I have witnessed a significant improvement in my running ability. My running technique has significantly enhanced, and I can now run a mile with ease. In the past, running a mile was a strenuous task for me.
