My main sewer drain line was clogged, and Tony and Tyler came over to try to clear it. They put in a lot of effort, but the pipe's age and condition made it impossible to clean. They gave me some suggestions and only charged me half price. Right now, I'm waiting for an estimate to replace the main sewer line. I'm definitely thinking about having them do the work!

B&G provided a time frame of 12 to 3:00 for their arrival, but they pleasantly surprised me when they arrived before 12. Because the pipe was located under the house, I was unable to see the quality of their work, but time will tell if it holds up. Although unsure of TN's plumbing rates, I anticipated a higher cost as B&G was referred through CrackerJack; however, their association with this trusted source gave me peace of mind. If I face any future plumbing issues, I would undoubtedly contact them again.
