I am Al The DJ, a seasoned professional with a decade in the music industry and over 350 successful weddings under my belt. I honed my craft at Scratch Academy, founded by the legendary Jam Master Jay of Run DMC fame. My production credits include working with top artists like Nick Cannon, Akon, 50 Cent, and the Backstreet Boys, and collaborating with major labels like Def Jam Records. My expertise in multi-genre music, ranging from the 60s through to today's Top 40, covers funk, jazz, blues, hip hop, R&B, dancehall, reggae, Latin, and more. With a degree in Hospitality to complement my musical talent, I guarantee a stress-free, fun, and unforgettable event for all clients.

Our wedding on 7/31/21 was made even more special by DJ Al's exceptional performance. We had several discussions with him leading up to the event, and he flawlessly executed our wedding vows. DJ Al played our preferred songs at the perfect volume level, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The work experience was exceptional from the beginning. Upon accepting a quote for our wedding reception, a contract was received and a down payment was made. A comprehensive outline of the entire event was provided through a document.
We had the liberty to recommend particular songs (a short playlist) and arrange the timing/scheduling of music during the reception events.
Al's music selection got everyone on the dance floor.
At first, it was a difficult task to locate a suitable DJ through Google searches, but CrackerJack was eventually remembered.
I highly recommend Al for his musicianship, professionalism, and charm.
