Walter-Alexander completed my warehouse roofing and I also entrusted them with my residential roofing needs. The entire process was trouble-free, offered the best rates, and most importantly, there were no leakage issues.

My experience with this company regarding a roof replacement was adequate, aside from a significant leak that developed during the first rainfall. Despite paying them $6,000 to replace the roof, I was informed that I should have notified them of the leak. However, my primary concern was the state of my backyard, which was completely disheveled for three entire weeks. Shingles were strewn everywhere, and the gutters were weighed down with so many shingles that they detached from the garage. Despite my persistent attempts to contact the owner, I was only told that someone would come to clean up the mess. Even when I paid an additional $350 to rent a dumpster, it was collected before the displaced materials were cleared away. As a contractor myself, I would never leave a job site in such a messy state like this. I have provided some photos to illustrate what the area looked like before I cleaned it up.
